What??
I went to the Secretary of State today to change my address on my drivers license (no worries... I didn't move again. I just never did it when I moved 8 months ago). Granted, I went to the Express branch downtown and not to the regular Secretary of State, but... I was the ONLY person there!! In what twisted world does that EVERY happen?? I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.
Is all the good Karma finally paying off? Hmm....

Happened to me after I lost my driver's license on my birthday - that place ROCKS!
I think it's a shame we can't all have that kinda luck!
